Pros: Lots of apologies for the delay and ambiguous gate change and wait for snow to be cleared so we could walk to plane. Didn't get original plane but a small stand by one. It was a smooth journey and we still made it to Manchester in plenty of time for connection. Staff we're really lovely and apologetic about delays and lack of information about what was happening.
